This role is for a social media enthusiast with exquisite story-telling skills and commercial mind who can grow our business. If you’re successful in the role, there is a very strong and rapid progression path.

  • Creating a content calendar and content briefs that align with our overall strategy.
  • Assisting the Senior Social Media Consultant in spotting opportunities for social media marketing with potential or existing clients.
  • Gaining a strong understanding of social media platforms and their features to develop effective strategies.
  • Promoting best practices and continually improving our processes.
  • Building and managing a portfolio of social media clients.
  • Collaborating with our Consultant team to support inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Working with our Client Services team to identify opportunities for cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Managing, retaining, and growing our social media client base
  • Spoken + written communication and presentation, in English and local language
  • Rapport and relationship-building across geographies and disciplines; inspire a team and influence customers’ decision making
  • Organization and prioritization; agility to work across multiple projects
  • Comfortable with distilling data into insight, and an eye for detail
  • High degree of subject matter expertise, with an appetite to keep learning
  • Creativity to think outside the box and contribute new and innovative ideas
  • Be exposed to and grow your knowledge across the Digital Marketing ecosystem, including Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, CRM and more
