• Ensure content accuracy and appropriateness, maintain brand adherence and consistency in tone/voice, and meet quality standards and expectations
• Design, produce, and deliver ongoing maintenance of existing design assets for clients. Revise and improve based on feedback and business/industry changes
• Manage digital projects end-to-end, including reviewing, editing, and finalizing. Complete follow-up actions promptly, and meet targeted deadlines
• Work quickly with the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and visually, to team members and clients.
• Close collaboration with cross-functional partners such as the Account Managers and Marketing team.
• Strong communication skills and critical thinking
• Oversee and manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and output.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• An awesome portfolio demonstrating a range of visual communication skills and creative talent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience and knowledgeable in UI/UX and Motion is an added advantage
