Growth Associate

Headquartered in Singapore, with operations in a dozen countries, we’re looking for a Growth Associate to support our ongoing expansion.

  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing team to track and manage product and service offerings.
  • Data and CRM management includes:          
    • Inbound lead qualification – Whenever there’s an inbound request, Sales Ops will be assigned and they will create a card on the Sales Prospecting board
    • Contact Mapping – Finding, creating, and updating new contacts in Customer Contact Mapping Sheet (Prospect/ Current/ Former Customer)
  • Identify, research, and generate highly qualified leads against the company’s Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Operations team on the areas of administration and operations.
  • Manage the security/compliance request.
  • Work directly with team leads to achieve business goals by providing timely analytics including forecasting and results with periodic metrics reporting and insights through facilitating of weekly forecasts and pipeline reviews.
  • Track regional clients, identify countries where they have offices and relevant people to contact, collaborate with the Account Management team on tracking opportunities within existing clients and identify brand/parent companies within our existing customers base.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing team and Designers in the creation/planning on banners and content for EDM, social posts and translation on the website’s content as well. 
  • Assist the Account Manager in identifying improvement and growth opportunities and present recommendations to the customer.
  • Work together with our Growth team to identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities and build out a pipeline of new business leads.
  • Keen interest in learning a broad base of digital marketing including Analytics, Content Marketing, CRM, CRO, Ecommerce, Performance Marketing and SEO
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, able to convey difficult concepts to the customers and have good negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform tasks effectively under pressure with a systematic approach
  • Have analytical and strong problem solving skills to synthesize data into clear insights for clients.
  • A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
  • A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing data & technology driven environment.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, and comfortable with technology in general
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (e.g. Google/Facebook) or tools (e.g. Email Platforms, CRM, CDP, Google Analytics) are a plus.
  • Be exposed to and grow your knowledge across the Digital Marketing ecosystem, including Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, CRM and more
