Digital Marketing Operations Intern

This role offers a unique chance to understand the full spectrum of business functions within the internship period. You’ll gain exposure to various verticals and operations, positioning yourself for a potential transition into a vertical-specific associate role upon graduation.

  • Collaborate with our Digital Gurus and be exposed to all our verticals, including Social Media Marketing, SEO, CRM, and Performance Marketing.
  • Assist with monitoring key operations processes specific to business verticals to prepare for scaling efforts.

You’ll also have the opportunity to be exposed to real-life business scenarios and learn how to act and think like an entrepreneur during your internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Support:
    • Monitor all cards owned by the vertical to ensure updates, RAF (Review-Acknowledgement-Feedback), and +1 processes are happening. Flag inconsistencies to the vertical head and track who is responsible for the card updates or reviews.
    • Monitor Xsell, sales, and growth cards related to assigned verticals.
    • Track and support forecasting processes to the assigned verticals.
  2. Onboarding & Training:
    • Ensure onboarding processes for new hires within the business vertical are running smoothly.
    • Provide documentation and support for process improvements and post-mortem reviews.
  3. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, strategies, and project post-mortems.
    • Generate insights and reports to assist vertical heads in decision-making.
  • Available for a full-time internship (6 months, paid internship).
  • Preferably a fresh graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Business, or Management at a recognized institution, with good academic achievements.
  • A fast and continuous learner in a fast-changing, technology-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized are must. 
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • A team player who thrives on improvement and collaboration across departments.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite are must. 
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (i.e Google/Facebook/SEO) or Digital Marketing Tools (i.e Email Platforms, CRM, Google Analytics) are plus.
  • Be exposed to and grow your knowledge across the Digital Marketing ecosystem, including Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, CRM and more
